● The product is used for surface corona treatment of battery aluminum foil materials; the corona effect does not affect the quality of the material.

● Single set power up to 25kW, power size can be freely adjusted, input voltage is AC380V±10%/50Hz, three-phase five-wire.

The equipment can be automatically started and stopped, as well as remotely monitored.

The circuit pattern utilizes advanced technology to ensure the equipment operates continuously for 24 hours without any faults.

The speed control system is equipped with a PLC touch screen for easy operation and connectivity with matching equipment.

Each corona roller is equipped with a servo motor, driver, and planetary reducer to ensure precise speed synchronization.

● Design with spiral channels inside the roller, with cooling water entering and exiting from the same end, equipped with a high-quality rotating connector.

● Standard industrial Ethernet bus protocol is available for easy integration with matching equipment for central control.

● Equipped with various alarm functions including wind pressure failure, load failure, main power failure, emergency stop, frame failure, and rotating failure alarms.

● Equipped with a 3-color audio-visual alarm device separately.

The discharge electrode is made of imported German ceramic tube, ensuring even, reliable discharge with a long service life.

The control system can be integrated with the factory MES monitoring system for the owner.
