3. Prototype Requirements

3.1 General Provisions on the Quantity of Test Samples

Test pieces are products or prototypes awaiting shipment.

3.2 Material and processing accuracy of test pieces

The materials, heat treatment, and machining of major components must be qualified with inspection records. Verify production inspection records or randomly check key items prior to testing if necessary.

5 Installation and Commissioning

All test equipment (excluding electrical power supply units) should be installed (or assembled) on the same platform, with each component level, centered, and the system operating flexibly. Perform static zeroing first, followed by dynamic zeroing.

6 Test Content and Requirements

6.1 Requirements for Factory Testing of Planetary Reduction Section

6.1.1 Empty Load Test

Test conducted at the rated speed of 1890 rpm.

b) The reducer operates continuously for 20 minutes.

Requirements: (1) All connectors and fasteners must not loosen; (2) Operation must be smooth with no abnormal noises; (3) Lubrication must be sufficient, and there should be no leakage at all sealing and junction points; (4) Measure and record the shell temperature at the oil pool and bearing (the oil temperature should be below 80℃); (5) Record and draw the oil pool temperature rise curve for the reducer under no-load condition.

6.1.2 Load Test

Test conducted at rated speed of 1890 r/min.

b) Load sequentially at 25% (32kW), 50% (63.5kW), and 75% (95kW) of the rated input power, with the reducer operating continuously for 25 minutes at each level.

(1) All connectors and fasteners must not loosen; (2) Operation should be smooth with no abnormal noises; (3) Sufficient lubrication, with no leakage at all sealing and junction points; (4) Record the speed, torque, and power of the reducer; (5) Record the shell temperature at the oil sump and bearing (oil temperature should be below 90℃); (6) Record and draw the oil sump temperature rise curve of the reducer under corresponding loads.
