3. Sample Part Requirements

3.1 General Provisions on the Quantity of Test Articles

Test pieces are products or prototypes awaiting shipment.

3.2 Material and processing accuracy of the test pieces

The materials, heat treatment, and machining of the main components must be qualified with inspection records. Check production inspection records or randomly inspect key items prior to testing if necessary.

5 Installation and Commissioning

All testing equipment (excluding electrical power supply units) should be installed (or assembled) on the same platform, with each component levelled, centered, and the system operating flexibly. Perform static zeroing first, followed by dynamic zeroing.

6 Test Content and Requirements

6.1 Requirements for Factory Testing of Planetary Reduction Section

6.1.1 Empty Load Test

Test conducted at the rated speed of 1890 rpm.

b) The reducer operates continuously for 20 minutes.

Requirements: (1) All connecting and fastening parts must not loosen; (2) Operation must be smooth with no abnormal sounds; (3) Sufficient lubrication with no leakage at any sealing or junction points; (4) Measure and record the shell temperature at the oil sump and bearing (oil temperature should be below 80℃); (5) Record and draw the oil sump temperature rise curve of the reducer under no-load conditions.

6.1.2 Load Test

Test conducted at rated speed of 1890 rpm.

b) Load sequentially at 25% (32kW), 50% (63.5kW), and 75% (95kW) of the rated input power, with the reducer operating continuously for 25 minutes at each stage.

(1) All connectors and fasteners must be securely fastened; (2) Operation should be smooth with no unusual noises; (3) Proper lubrication with no leakage at any sealing or junction points; (4) Record the speed, torque, and power of the reducer; (5) Measure and record the housing temperature at the oil sump and bearings (oil temperature should be below 90°C); (6) Record and draw the oil sump temperature rise curve of the reducer under corresponding load.
