Scope
The reducer's performance parameters have been verified to meet design requirements through testing, with a stable connection and reliable sealing.
2. Reference Standards
JB/T 9050.3-1999 Cylinder Gear Reducer Load Test Method
3. Sample piece requirements
3.1 General Specifications for Sample Pieces and Their Quantities
Test pieces are products or prototypes pending shipment.
3.2 Material and machining accuracy of test pieces
The main components must meet the required material, heat treatment, and machining standards with proper inspection records. Production inspection records should be reviewed or key items sampled prior to testing, if necessary.
4. Requirements for Test Equipment
Loading test bench, reducer test bench
160kW/55kW Integrated Digital Multi-functional Hub-mounted Planetary Reducer Test Bench
5 Installation and Commissioning
All test equipment (excluding electrical power supply units) should be installed (or integrated) on the same platform, with the requirement that all components be level, centered, and the system operates flexibly. Perform static zeroing first, followed by dynamic zeroing.
6 Test Content and Requirements
6.1 Requirements for Factory Testing of Planetary Reduction Section
6.1.1 Empty Load Test
Test conducted at rated speed of 1890 r/min.
b) The reducer operates continuously for 20 minutes.
Requirements: (1) All connectors and fasteners must not loosen; (2) Operation must be smooth with no abnormal sounds; (3) Sufficient lubrication with no leakage at any sealing or junction points; (4) Measure and record the shell temperature at the oil pool and bearing (oil temperature should be below 80℃); (5) Record and draw the oil pool temperature rise curve for the reducer under no-load conditions.
6.1.2 Load Test
Tested at the rated speed of 1890 rpm.
b) Load sequentially at 25% (32kW), 50% (63.5kW), and 75% (95kW) of rated input power, with the reducer operating continuously for 25 minutes at each level.
(1) All connectors and fasteners must be securely fastened; (2) Operation should be smooth with no abnormal noises; (3) Sufficient lubrication, with no leakage at any seals or joints; (4) Record the speed, torque, and power of the reducer; (5) Measure and record the shell temperature at the oil sump and bearings (oil temperature should be below 90℃); (6) Record and plot the oil sump temperature rise curve under corresponding loads for the reducer.
