Power brake dynamometers are used to test the output power of engines and motors, offering high precision and fast response, suitable for dynamic testing. They can also serve as simulated loads at the output end of reducers, gearboxes, and transmissions for load tests. The AC power brake dynamometers excel in low-speed loading performance, with a torque loading range from zero to rated torque, covering zero RPM to rated RPM.
Key Features of the Communication Power Dynamometer
1. Direct torque control technology is implemented for AC dynamometers.
2. The AC dynamometer can send electrical energy back to the power grid (or consume it through the chopper resistor cabinet) when in the power generation state, and can drive the test piece in the electric state.
3. No water cooling system required
4. Torque constant from zero to rated speed; power constant from rated speed to high speed.
An 110kW AC dynamometer can provide testing (loading) of 700Nm (or less than 700Nm) at any speed between 0-1500r/min, and can test (load) 110kW (or less than 110kW) of power at any speed between 1500-3000r/min.
