The eddy current dynamometer is one of the most advanced loading equipment domestically, particularly in the loading and power measurement tests for power mechanical systems of medium and small power, as well as micro-power. Compared to other types of power measurement loading equipment, it offers a significant advantage in terms of performance, price, reliability, and maintenance.
The YWZ series eddy current dynamometer is specifically designed for the output characteristics of small and medium-sized internal combustion engines. It features a simple structure, wide testing area, and good repeatability, making it highly suitable for various small and medium-sized internal combustion engines and their components, as well as for power performance and loading under different operating conditions such as variable speed and torque converters.

I. Operating and Environmental Conditions of the Product
Electrodynamic brake utilizes a dedicated matched current regulator power supply
Cooling water is ordinary freshwater; water pressure: 0.02~0.1 Mpa; specific water flow rate see Figure 9.
Ambient Temperature: -10℃ to 40℃
Relative Humidity: 20-90% RH
II. Main Technical Parameters
1. Key performance indicators are listed in Tables 1 and 2.
2. Cooling Water Pressure: 0.02~0.1 Mpa. Adjust the water pressure based on the outlet water temperature; increase the pressure slightly as the outlet water temperature rises to lower the temperature.
Cooling Water Flow Rate: The cooling water volume depends on the temperature difference between the incoming and outgoing water and the size of the absorption power. See Figure 9 for details.
3. Electric eddy current brake exhaust temperature ≤ 55℃
Note: The WZW-P series is a low-speed, high-torque electric eddy current brake.
