Qianyi Metal Galvanized Patterned Plates utilize a standardized process of "hot rolling forming + post galvanizing treatment." The base plate is hot rolled at high temperatures to produce clear patterns, followed by subsequent surface treatments including acid pickling,助镀 assistance galvanizing, and hot dipping galvanizing. Different from cold rolled embossed plates, the hot rolling process ensures a stronger bond between the pattern and the base plate, making it less prone to peeling off and suitable for long-term use in load-bearing and anti-slip scenarios. Throughout the production process, the company strictly adheres to dual-standard control, with the base plates for the patterned plates meeting the requirements of GB/T 3277-2022 "Patterned Steel Plates." The hot galvanized layer follows the technical requirements of GB/T 13912-2020 "Technical Requirements for Hot-Dip Galvanized Coatings," with clear control over the base material selection and the thickness of the galvanized layer to prevent issues such as incomplete galvanizing and peeling.

In terms of materials, the mainstream choice is Q235B carbon structural steel, boasting a yield strength of 235MPa and tensile strength ranging from 370 to 500MPa, offering moderate cost and meeting standard anti-slip structure requirements. For heavy-duty applications, we can provide Q355B material products with a yield strength of 355MPa, suitable for scenarios requiring higher load-bearing capacity, such as bridges and mining machinery platforms. In terms of dimensions, thickness ranges from 3.0 to 6.0mm, with custom options available for 8.0 to 12.0mm ultra-thick specifications. Width options include standard sizes of 1250mm and 1500mm, with customization available for widths from 1800 to 2000mm and narrow widths from 600 to 1000mm. The thickness of the hot-dipped galvanized layer can be adjusted according to the application, with the general grade ≥80g/㎡ suitable for indoor short-term use. The recommended grade Z275 (≥275g/㎡) features a zinc layer thickness of approximately 40-60μm, providing a lifespan of 15-25 years in humid and outdoor environments, effectively reducing maintenance costs. Pattern types include diamond, flat bean, and round bean, with diamond patterns offering the highest coefficient of friction (0.6-0.8) and good drainage, making them ideal for workshop floors and stair treads.
