QD-200 Bagging Machine
Application Scope:
Applicable to materials of various shapes, states, and properties such as: grains of different sizes, powders, sauces, liquids, etc. (Rice, coarse grains, roasted nuts, spicy puffed snacks, chestnuts, dried tofu, chicken and duck feet, pickled vegetables, starch, laundry detergent, hotpot base, etc.).

A comprehensive prevention system that intelligently detects whether a bag is opened and whether it is fully opened. It does not add or seal the bag inappropriately, thus preventing waste of bags and materials. Empty bags can be recycled to the *workstation for refilling, avoiding waste caused by bag contamination and saving costs.
The equipment meets the sanitation standards for food processing machinery. The contact parts with materials are made of 304 stainless steel or other materials that comply with food hygiene requirements, ensuring the sanitation and safety of food, and is in accordance with GMP standards.
Utilizing oil-free vacuum pumps to prevent contamination of the production environment.
Waterproof design for easy cleaning, reduces cleaning difficulty, and extends the machine's lifespan.
Utilizing pre-made packaging bags ensures high-sealing quality and enhances the grade of finished products.
This machine is available with optional vacuum units, electronic scales, powder nozzles, sauce pumps, liquid pumps, and corresponding feeding equipment.
The structure is simple and compact, with lower costs than the D-type machine. Features include integrated clamp and adjustment, mechanical motion using face cam and spring return control, bag recirculation, and product parameters can be saved.
