Process Description:

A) System Function Requirements:

1. Smooth feeding, stable operation, low noise, no damage to raw materials, easy operation and adjustment, and easy to understand. Accurate feeding counting with no overflow, excess, or * issues. Equipped with a precise counting control device, ensuring each bag is accurate, with a pass rate of over 98%.

2. The equipment system features basic operations with manual switching and self-diagnosis capabilities. In the event of a fault, it can automatically shut down and trigger an alarm. The emergency stop button should be installed in an easily accessible location for employee convenience.

3. The equipment should feature a secure seal, good sealing, flat bag shape, and elegance. The packaging efficiency should be robust and durable, with minimal vibration and a low failure rate. In case of any issues, the machine should automatically stop and trigger an alarm. It should also have a long lifespan.

4. The equipment can automatically perform sorting, measurement, filling, packaging, and counting tasks. The number of screws per package can be easily adjusted from 1 to 10 pieces, with the packaging quantity automatically displayed for convenient work quantity statistics.
