Cement products, new building materials

Why Are There Cracks in Cement Tiles? Cracks in colored cement tiles can be attributed to three stages: material preparation, processing technology, and maintenance.
1. Inspect the material preparation. Check if the cement usage is excessive; whether the water-cement ratio is appropriate; if the sand has a high silt content; and whether the sand grain size is too fine or too coarse.
2. Concerns regarding the mold release and transportation process, especially if there is significant vibration.
3. Inspection and Maintenance Standards: Cement tiles require a certain amount of moisture during hardening. If possible, establish a steam chamber (or a water pool) for maintenance. If not, increase the humidity within the greenhouse or water the tiles covered with straw mats for care. Never immediately heat and bake the tiles in the greenhouse with fire.
Additionally, note that thin cement tiles have a weaker ability to withstand vibrations and temperature changes; they should not be moved when the cement has not reached full strength. The temperature difference for the destruction of cement tiles in an environmental context should not be too large or too sudden; for instance, when moving from a greenhouse to outdoors, the temperature should be gradually lowered.
