Our manually operated compact filing cabinets are developed and produced in accordance with the National Archive Administration's industry standard DA/T7-92 and the GB/T 13667.3 national standard. These cabinets offer the advantages of small footprint, high space utilization, and large storage capacity, making them easy to manage centrally. They are more suitable for storing documents, financial vouchers, and other materials in the archives of various government agencies, schools, and medium to large enterprises. 【Structural Advantages】

1. The side racks are typically double-sided movable racks for door panels, or they can be single-sided movable racks with wall panels on the outside.

2. The drive mechanism employs precision roller chains and bearings for smooth and flexible transmission with light pull force. The lever can automatically engage and disengage, and the handle is foldable to avoid obstructions. Optional: wheel-disc style lever.

3. The track sets come in two forms: ground-mounted and embedded.

4. The side racks are equipped with locks for securing the entire set of racks.

5. The base frame group is a segmented assembly, featuring high precision, inter-changeable mating, a wide range of model sizes, and is convenient for transportation and installation.

6. Each shelf plate's nominal load is 40kg per side for a single side and 90kg for both sides. For increased capacity, a custom design can be provided; the loading requirements must be specified in the same terms.

Central Lock: The central lock can secure the entire system.

2. Safety Lock: Each trolley column is equipped with a safety passage lock to prevent users from accidentally being caught between trolleys.

3. Collision Dampeners: Each row of pushcart frame is equipped with 25mm x φ35mm collision dampeners to minimize noise and reduce impact force during the aggregation of pushcarts.

Dustproof Lid: Each cabinet set is equipped with a dustproof cover to prevent dust from falling inside.

2. Anti-Rotation Device: Each anti-rotation device is installed on the top and bottom frames of the cabinet, and one anti-rotation device is equipped for each movable single-side cabinet top.

3. Labeling Equipment: Extra-large labeling equipment with clear and convenient features for file classification.

【Spraying Technique】

Cold rolled steel plate is used for stamping, with a surface treated through ten pre-processes including degreasing, rust removal, and phosphatizing. The finish is achieved with a matte electrostatic powder coating in international popular colors and high-temperature plasticization, offering excellent rust resistance. The base is fully welded and assembled, with the frame featuring a double-column insertion structure. Each level consists of a single solid shelf, separated by hanging plates between sections. The side panels are made using a new concave-convex technology, with color options available to the customer.
