Smart Rotating Cabinet

Our manually-operated mobile storage cabinets are developed and produced in accordance with the national archives administration standard DA/T7-92 and the national standard GBT13667.3. They feature a small footprint, high space utilization, large storage capacity, and are convenient for centralized management. These cabinets are more suitable for archives, financial documents, and other materials in government agencies, schools, and medium to large enterprises. Compared to traditional filing cabinets, they offer the following advantages:

【Structural Advantages】

1. The side shelves are typically double-sided movable racks, housing door panels, and can also be single-sided movable racks with wall panels on the outside.

2. The drive mechanism utilizes precision roller chains and bearings, ensuring smooth and flexible operation with light pull force. The lever can be automatically engaged and disengaged, and the handle is foldable to avoid passage obstructions. Optional: wheel-type lever handle.

3. The track set comes in two forms: ground-mounted and embedded.

4. The edge shelves are equipped with locks for the overall locking of the unit.

5. The base frame assembly is segmented and combined, featuring high precision, inter-changeable joints, a wide range of model sizes, and is convenient for transportation and installation.

6. The nominal load capacity of each shelf panel is 40kg per side for single-sided and 90kg for double-sided. For increased capacity, a special design can be provided, and the load-bearing requirements must be specified in the same specification.

Central Lock: The central lock can secure the entire system.

2. Safety Lock: Each row of trolleys is equipped with a safety passage lock to prevent users from being accidentally trapped between the trolleys.

3. Collision Absorbing Pads: Each row of pushcart frame is equipped with 25mm X φ35mm collision absorbing pads to minimize noise and reduce impact force during pushcart aggregation.

Human-Centric Design

Dustproof Lid: Each cabinet comes with a dust-proof cover to prevent dust from entering the cabinet.

2. Anti-Rotation Device: Each cabinet top and bottom frame is equipped with an anti-rotation device, and each active single-sided cabinet top is fitted with an anti-rotation device.

3. Labeling Equipment: Extra-large labeling equipment with clear and convenient indicators for easy document classification.

【Spraying Technique】

Cold rolled steel plate is used for die forming, with the surface treated through ten pre-processes including degreasing, rust removal, and phosphatizing. The finish is a matte electrostatic powder coating in internationally popular colors, formed through high-temperature plasticization, offering excellent rust resistance. The base is assembled through overall welding, with the frame in a double-column insertion structure. Each layer features a single solid shelf, separated by hanging plates between sections. The side panels are crafted using a new concave-convex technology, with color options available to the customer.
