Cement mat is a soft fabric soaked in cement, which hardens into a thin, durable waterproof and fireproof concrete layer upon contact with water.

The cement mat is constructed with a three-dimensional fiber composite structure woven from polyethylene and polypropylene long fibers.3D fiber matrix, dry concrete mixture with a special formulaAluminate cement is primarily composed of Al2O3, CaO, SiO2, and Fe2O3. The canvas base is lined with a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) underlay, ensuring complete waterproofing for the concrete canvas. During on-site construction, no concrete mixing equipment is required; simply water the concrete canvas or immerse it in water to initiate hydration. After curing, the fibers reinforce the concrete, preventing cracking. Currently, the thickness of the cement mat is 10mm.

1) Easy to use

Cement mats are available in large rolls for bulk supply. They can also be supplied in rolls for easy manual handling and transportation, without the need for heavy lifting equipment. Concrete is pre-mixed scientifically, eliminating the need for on-site mixing and preventing overhydration issues. Cement mats can solidify and take shape both underwater and in seawater.

2) Rapid curing and molding

Once hydration occurs upon watering,2 hours for necessary processing of the cement mat's size and shape, and within 24 hours, it hardens to 80% of its strength. It can also be formulated to achieve rapid or delayed setting according to the customer's special requirements.

3) Eco-friendly

Cement mats represent a low-carbon technology of poor quality, requiring less material than conventional concrete for many applications.95%. It has a limited alkali content and a very low runoff rate, thus exerting minimal impact on the local ecosystem.
