The system structure of the external wall insulation board mainly consists of: bonding layer, insulation layer, coating layer, decorative layer, and accessories.
The adhesive layer is used in construction, positioned between the sub-layer and the surface layer. It primarily utilizes cementitious materials to firmly bond the two layers together, with its filler mainly derived from inorganic substances.
The insulation layer, applied externally to turbines and pipelines to prevent and reduce heat loss to the environment, consists primarily of a certain amount of organic matter, moisture, and adhesives as the main fillers.
The surface layer should be chosen from lightweight functional coatings such as decorative mortar, decorative plaster, or breathable water-based exterior paints, thus maintaining the light weight characteristics of the rock wool composite panel while enhancing its aesthetic appeal.
Components primarily use various coatings, which not only enhance the color of the rock wool composite board's surface, making it suitable for any environment, but also, to some extent, provide flame-retardant and thermal insulation properties.
