Laser Image Locator Device Structure

BLIL consists of both software and hardware components.

Software: "Bei Xuan Laser Image Positioning Instrument Software System"

Hardware Components: Suspension, Main Unit (including optical system), Bumper, Remote Controller.

The suspension section consists of an installation base plate, an omnidirectional positioning suspension, and a quick-installation panel. It allows for rapid installation and positioning, with the equipment placed above the tunnel ceiling within thirty minutes.

The baffle is made of stainless steel plates, independent of the main unit, and can protect the main unit from being struck during blasting. The main unit is unaffected by the vibration of the baffle. Additionally, the baffle is equipped with an electric door and a lens cleaning fan.

The self-locating system projects a positioning light point onto the tunnel wall, making marking for location, and can detect if the equipment has moved after blasting.
