What are the common issues with stainless steel reactors?

1. Fault Phenomenon: External magnet steel rotates, internal magnet steel does not, motor current decreases. Fault Cause: Excessive temperature rise inside the reactor, inefficient cooling cycle, internal magnet steel demagnetized due to high temperature. Hydrogenation reaction, internal magnet steel sleeve has cracks, internal magnet steel expands. Solution: Replace the internal magnet steel anew. 2. Fault Phenomenon: Leakage at the sealing surface. Fault Cause: Loose screw thread; damaged sealing surface. Solution: Re-tighten the screw; re-grind and polish the sealing surface. 3. Fault Phenomenon: Friction noise inside the magnetic coupling transmitter. Fault Cause: Wear on the sleeve and bearings, excessive gap, internal magnet steel rotation causing jumps. Solution: Replace the bearings and sleeve. 4. Fault Phenomenon: Leakage at the valve. Fault Cause: Damaged valve stem (needle) and valve seat sealing surface. Solution: Repair and replace the valve stem (needle) and valve seat.
