Operation Principle: The top-vent fan-type wood drying kiln uses saturated steam as the heat source and moist air as the medium. It automatically or manually controls the parameters of the drying medium, utilizing the heat transfer by convection of the gas medium and the mass transfer science to dry the wood.
1. After the fan is started, it first blows the dried medium towards the radiator. After heat exchange, the temperature of the dried medium increases, and the heated medium is then directed towards the wood spread, raising the wood's temperature and initiating the vaporization and evaporation of moisture within the wood.
2. The air circulation within the drying room moves along the height and horizontally across the material stacks. The motor's timed reversal facilitates reversible media circulation, ensuring more even wood drying.
3. The medium humidity inside the drying room is increased by spraying steam and decreased by exhaust air.

Drying Room Performance Features:
1. This product is a domestically produced item, meticulously crafted with an attractive appearance. It can be manufactured into large, medium, and small dryers ranging from 20m3 to 200m3, suitable for outdoor installation.
2. The internal structure of the drying kiln is made of aluminum alloy, aluminum plates, and stainless steel materials, offering strong corrosion resistance and a long service life.
3. The housing and door feature a 10-cm thick thermal insulation layer, providing excellent thermal insulation properties.
4. The inner wall panels are made of aluminum sheets, which feature good strength and anti-aging properties.
Rubber and aluminum alloy strips for fixation, with good sealing properties.
5. The drying kiln is designed for normal temperature drying, exerting minimal impact on material properties and color. It ensures high-quality drying with a shorter drying cycle.
6. The drying kiln is semi-automatically controlled. Parameters at each stage are set in the temperature indicator gauge according to the drying standard, enabling automatic control.
