The TLZQ-1 series brick and wood kiln is ingeniously designed for wood product processing enterprises, particularly small and medium-sized wood manufacturers, integrating combustion assistance, air injection, and exhaust air return with a single fan. It can utilize a wide range of fuels such as bark, wood shavings, sawdust, coal, and more. Optional burners can be fitted for fuels like diesel. Equipped with a steam generator (capable of producing a large amount of atmospheric steam), oxygen assistance valve, exhaust valve, and moisture removal system, it can flexibly adjust to the drying process of wood, reducing internal cracking, end cracking, surface cracking, deformation, and discoloration. It enhances the yield of wood products and eliminates all wood-boring insects and insect marks, addressing the negative impacts of insects and improving the economic benefits of the industry. We offer comprehensive planning for wood drying layout, design and manufacturing of wood drying boxes, and renovation of old kilns, as per customer requirements.
The MYH-I type brick and wood drying kiln features the following:
Equipped with a steam generator (capable of producing a large amount of atmospheric steam), an auxiliary oxygen air valve, a return air valve, and a dehumidification system, etc.
2. Low investment costs, clever design, integrating combustion assistance, air blowing, and recirculation into a single wind turbine.
3. Low operating costs, with a wide range of fuel options, including combustible materials such as bark, sawdust, wood chips, coal, etc. Also, burners can be equipped for fuels like diesel.
4. Rapid heat-air cleaning and quick temperature rise. High yield, even drying, reducing defects such as internal splits, end splits, surface cracks, warping, and discoloration during the wood drying process. It also eliminates all wood-boring insects and their eggs within the wood.
High thermal efficiency, avoids heat loss caused by secondary heat exchange, and is equipped with a circulation recovery system to maximize the use of thermal energy.
