Tips for Using Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor Paper

1. Rust-preventing paper should be in close contact with the surface of the item to be protected, with no obstacles between them.

2. Prior to packaging, the surface of the anti-rust items should be clean, dry, and free of foreign matter.

3. If the surface of the anti-rust items is regular, a single-layer full coverage method can be employed (the area of the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor paper is approximately equal to the surface area of the items), and the sealing interfaces should be sealed. Additionally, the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor paper can also be used as lining or separator paper within sealed packaging units (such as周转箱周转箱, plastic bags, etc.).

When packaging, operate with clean gloves; do not touch rust-preventing items with bare hands.

5. Rust-preventing packaging materials for individual metal components, or as interlayer paper or inner filling layer within packaging units.

6. Vapour phase corrosion inhibitor paper with polyethylene coating offers certain water-resistant properties and can be used directly as outer packaging material.
