The intelligent bundling and wrapping machine is a true all-in-one, fully automatic bundling and wrapping unit for corn straw, wheat straw, purple clover, sugarcane tail leaves, sweet potato vines, reed, and soybean seedlings. The entire bundling and wrapping process requires only one person to feed the material or work with the automatic feeding bin. The intelligent fully automatic bundling and wrapping machine consists of four parts: a conveyor belt, a bundler, a wrapping machine, and a wrapping rotation frame. Material is fed to the fixed bin via the conveyor belt or the automatic feeding bin at the front of the machine by hand or a loader. When the machine bin is full, the alarm light above the machine blinks to alert. The machine then automatically sends the net for bundling, wraps around once, automatically cuts the forage net, and immediately opens the bin to release the bundle. The bundle is automatically conveyed to the wrapping machine frame, where the machine starts to rotate automatically. The rotation frame drives the bundle to rotate, and the forage film wraps around the bundle layer by layer. As the rotation frame rotates, when the wrapping reaches the set number of layers, the rotation frame stops at the predetermined position, and the wrapping machine automatically drops the finished bundle, which then falls into the prepared small trolley and is pushed away neatly.
