The three-blade impeller, upon each rotation, allows for three cycles of suction and exhaust by two impellers. The gas moves, compresses, and increases in pressure within the cylinder, eventually being expelled through the exhaust port, with the exhaust pressure determined by necessity or system resistance. The impellers rotate in opposite directions at a uniform speed, facilitating the transfer of a certain amount of gas enclosed by the housing and impeller from one side to the exhaust side. 4.1 Structural Description: The blower consists of three parts: the main unit, accessories, and motor. The main unit of the three-blade Roots blower is horizontal, with the impeller axis plane parallel to the ground. The intake is at the top of the housing, and the gas is expelled from the upper side. The blower and motor are connected by a belt pulley and mounted on the same base. Made of gray cast iron HT250 and artificially aged, the structure is sufficiently strong and rigid, with no deformation affecting its use during operation; all connecting surfaces are machined, with adequate roughness to prevent gas leakage.
