Which four-core wire production process do you use?

Core wire, commonly used in steel smelting, is predominantly circular. Besides, there are also square, rectangular, and other shapes. The main production processes include four types: single-layer steel strip lapped, double-layer steel strip lapped, steel strip welded closure, and steel strip folded closure. 1. Single-layer steel strip butt joint. During production, the powder is filled into the steel strip that has been pre-processed into a U-shape, and then the mold is used to overlap the edges of the steel strip at the top of the U-shape. At this point, the powder is encapsulated within the steel strip. Subsequently, the core wire is compacted using a finishing die.

2. Double-layer steel overlap. This method is similar to the aforementioned one, except the steel strip is wrapped in two layers. This type of core wire is used less frequently.

3. Steel Strip Welding Closure. During production, the powdered agent is filled into the steel strip that has been pre-processed into a U-shape. The steel strip filled with the powder is then closed into a tube shape, and the seams are twisted and tightly pressed together.

4. Steel Strip Folding Sealing. The process involves: filling the powdered material into pre-processed U-shaped steel strips. The ends are then folded and twisted together using rolling methods. The cores are finished into packages using molds. This method is commonly used in production.
