The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pumps and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valves are gold medal products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contacting parts of these pumps and valves are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, offering a range of advantages including light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, resistance to salt, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. They are considered a new product of the 1990s internationally. They utilize mechanical seals produced by the UK's Grainger Company, ensuring no leakage issues that are commonly encountered with domestic seals. Over the years, with use by over a thousand customers nationwide, it has been proven that their lifespan exceeds ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pumps and valves. Their excellent performance and quality are recognized by users both domestically and internationally.

This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C, capable of long-term conveying of acid, alkali, and salt liquid media in any concentration. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, papermaking, and electroplating. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the Jiangsu Provincial Mechanical Industry Department and the provincial new product appraisal in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Golden Bull Award for New Products of Jiangsu Province. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Expo.

The shell castings of the fluorinated alloy-lined ball valve bodies are produced using precision investment casting, with the lining made of fluorinated alloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, capable of long-term stable operation in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The sealing components also employ fluorinated alloy materials. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the determination of experts that year and the extensive practical experience of numerous users over the years, the fluorinated alloy-lined ball valve can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without the need for maintenance.

The RYB thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has changed the unstable and unreasonable structure of the previous generations of products, eliminating issues such as frequent leaks during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features automatic lubrication of the bearings with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual lubrication. The sealing structure utilizes international new technology, incorporating the U.S. patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. Operating temperature ≤ 350°C, it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It is a designated supplier for many domestic boiler groups.

Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with chemically stable thermoplastic pipes, and integrated into a single entity using advanced scientific technology. They are a transformative, corrosion-resistant pipeline. They possess the strength properties of steel pipes, as well as the corrosion resistance, vacuum resistance, non-scaling, reduced microbial growth, and purity assurance of the transported medium of plastic pipes.
