Common quality issues include longer steel-lined plastic pipes, typically 5-6 meters in length according to national standards. The middle section often experiences electrical leakage. Our inspectors often fail to detect this issue because the electric spark tester cannot reach inside. A simple solution is to use a strong flashlight to illuminate the inner wall of the steel-lined plastic pipe, allowing for easy identification of any problems.
2The plastic-lining on steel-reinforced plastic composite pipe flanges often exhibits uneven or irregular surfaces, which can affect the sealing after installation.
3During the welding of steel-lined plastic composite pipe flanges, if the flange holes on both ends do not align, this will increase the labor intensity during pipe installation, as it requires turning the pipe to align with the flange holes.
4The flanges at both ends of the pipeline were not leveled during riveting, resulting in an uneven pipeline flange after welding, which causes the entire pipeline to be crooked upon installation.
