The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pumps and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valves are award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. All direct contacting parts of the pumps and valves are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, boasting a series of advantages such as light weight, resistance to acid and alkali, resistance to salt, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength, making them a new product in the 1990s internationally. Equipped with the WB Spatula Mechanical Seals produced by the UK's Grammer Group, they effectively prevent the leakage issues commonly encountered with domestic seals. Over the years, with use by over a thousand customers nationwide, it has been proven that their lifespan is more than ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pumps and valves. This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C, capable of long-term conveying of liquids with any concentration of acids, alkalis, and salts. It is widely used in the petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, papermaking, electroplating, and other industries. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the Jiangsu Provincial Mechanical Industry Department and the provincial new product appraisal in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Golden Bull Award for New Products of Jiangsu Province. It also received the Gold Medal at the 1994 China International Exposition.
The ball valve shell castings for fluoroalloy linings are produced using precision casting with a shell mold, and the lining is made of fluoroalloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing for long-term operation in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The sealing components are also made of fluoroalloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the determination of experts that year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, fluoroalloy-lined ball valves can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without requiring maintenance.
The RYB type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product in China, which has changed the unstable and unreasonable structure of the previous generations of products, eliminating issues like leakage that often occurred during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features an automatic lubrication bearing with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual oil addition. The sealing structure utilizes international new technology, incorporating the U.S. patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. Operating temperature ≤ 350°C, it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It is designated as a matching unit by many domestic boiler groups.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with chemically stable thermoplastic pipes, and integrated into a single unit using advanced scientific technology.
