The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are gold award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contacting parts of the pumps and valves are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. They are recognized as new products in the 1990s internationally. The mechanical seals are sealed with the WB Spatula Seal from the UK Grantham Company, eliminating the leakage issues commonly encountered in domestic seals. Over the years, with use by more than a thousand users nationwide, it has been proven that its lifespan exceeds ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pumps and valves. Its excellent performance and quality are universally recognized by both domestic and international users.
This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can transport any concentration of acidic, alkaline, and salt-based liquid mediums over a long period. It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, and electroplating industries. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation and new product evaluation by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Mechanical Industry in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Jiangsu Provincial New Product金牛 Award. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Exposition.
The shell castings of the Fluoride Alloy Lined Ball Valve are produced using precision casting with a mold. The lining is made of Fluoride Alloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing it to work perfectly in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts for extended periods. The sealing parts also use Fluoride Alloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the determination of experts that year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, the Fluoride Alloy Lined Ball Valve can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without the need for maintenance.
The RYB-type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has changed the unstable and unreasonable structure of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues such as leaks that often occurred during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features an automatic lubrication bearing for thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual oil addition. The sealing structure employs international new technology, incorporating the U.S. patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. The operating temperature is ≤350°C, and for over a decade, it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users. It is also designated as a matching unit for many domestic boiler groups.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with heat-resistant thermoplastic pipes of excellent chemical stability, and integrated into a single entity using advanced scientific technology. They are a transformative, corrosion-resistant pipeline.
