The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contact parts of the pump and valve use highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, offering a range of advantages such as lightweight, acid and alkali resistance, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. These are considered new products in the 1990s internationally. They are equipped with mechanical seals produced by the UK's格兰盘根公司 (Granville-Phillips), which effectively prevent leakage issues commonly encountered in domestic seals. Over the years, with use by more than a thousand users nationwide, it has been proven that its lifespan is more than ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pump and valves. Its excellent performance and quality are recognized by users both domestically and internationally.
This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can continuously transport liquids with any concentration of acids, bases, and salts. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, papermaking, electroplating, and more. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Machinery Industry and the provincial new product evaluation in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Golden Bull Award for New Products in Jiangsu Province. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Expo.
The shell castings of the fluoroalloy-lined ball valve are made using precision casting with a mold. The lining is made of fluoroalloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing it to operate perfectly in strong corrosive media like acids, alkalis, and salts for extended periods. The sealing parts are also made of fluoroalloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the experts' measurements that year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, fluoroalloy-lined ball valves can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without requiring maintenance.
The RYB-type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has altered the unstable and unreasonable structures of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues such as frequent leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features automatic lubrication of the bearings with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual oil addition. The sealing structure employs international new technology, incorporating the U.S. patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. Operating temperature ≤ 350°C, it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It is a designated supplier for many boiler groups in China.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with chemically stable thermoplastic pipes, and integrated into one by advanced scientific technology. They are a transformative corrosion-resistant pipeline. They possess the strength properties of steel pipes and the advantages of plastic pipes, such as corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, non-scaling, low microorganism generation, and purity assurance of the transported medium.
