The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are award-winning products developed and manufactured by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct-contact parts of the pump and valve are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, no aging, and high strength. These are considered new products in the 1990s internationally. They are equipped with mechanical seals produced by the UK's Grantham Gland Packing Company, which effectively prevent the leakage issues commonly encountered with domestic seals. Over the years, with use by more than a thousand customers across the country, it has been proven that its lifespan exceeds that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pumps and valves by ten times or more. Its excellent performance and quality are recognized by users both domestically and internationally.
The pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can continuously transport liquids of any concentration of acids, alkalis, and salts. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, papermaking, electroplating, and more. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation of the Jiangsu Province Mechanical Industry Department and the provincial new product evaluation in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Golden Bull Award for New Products of Jiangsu Province. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Expo.
The lining of the Fluoride Alloy Lined Ball Valve Shell Casting is made using precision casting with a shell mold, and the lining is made of Fluoride Alloy material. The product has a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing it to work perfectly in strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts for extended periods. The sealing components are also made of Fluoride Alloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the assessment of experts that year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, the Fluoride Alloy Lined Ball Valve can be continuously used in any corrosive medium for 2-3 years without the need for maintenance.
The RYB-type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has changed the unstable and unreasonable structure of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues such as leaks that frequently occurred during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features an automatic lubrication bearing with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual lubrication. The sealing structure utilizes international new technology, incorporating the US patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. The operating temperature is ≤350°C, and it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It is a designated supplier for many domestic boiler groups.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with a thermoplastic pipe of excellent chemical stability.
