The FSXB Fluoroalloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluoroalloy Lined Ball Valve are award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. All direct contact parts of the pump and valve use highly corrosion-resistant fluoroalloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, non-toxic decomposition, no aging, and high strength, making them a new product in the 1990s internationally. Equipped with mechanical seals produced by the UK's Grantham Gland Inc., the WB Spoon, it eliminates the leakage issues commonly encountered with domestic seals. After being used by over a thousand users across the country for many years, it has proven to have a lifespan over ten times longer than other so-called corrosion-resistant pump and valves, and its excellent performance and quality are recognized by users both domestically and internationally.
This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200℃ and can transport any concentration of acidic, alkaline, and saline liquid media over long periods. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, papermaking, electroplating, and more. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the Jiangsu Province Machinery Industry Department and the provincial new product appraisal in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Jiangsu Province New Product Golden Bull Award. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Trade Fair.
The ball valve shell castings for fluoroalloy lined ball valves are produced using precision casting with a lost wax process, and the lining is made of fluoroalloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing for long-term operation in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The sealing components are also made of fluoroalloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the experts' assessment that year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, fluoroalloy lined ball valves can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without requiring maintenance.
The RYB-type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product in China, which has changed the unstable and unreasonable structure of the previous generations of products, eliminating issues like leakage that often occurred during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features bearings that are automatically lubricated with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual oil addition. The sealing structure employs international new technology, incorporating the U.S. patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. The operating temperature is ≤350°C, and it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It is a designated matching unit for many boiler groups in China.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with chemically stable thermoplastic pipes.
