The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pumps and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valves are gold medal products developed and manufactured by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contact parts of the pumps and valves are made of fluorine alloy materials, which are highly resistant to strong corrosion. They possess a series of advantages, including light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, resistance to salt, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength, making them a new product in the 1990s internationally. The mechanical seals are supplied by the UK's Grantham Gland Company, ensuring no leakage issues, a common problem in domestic seals. Over the years, with thousands of users across the country, it has been proven that their lifespan is ten times longer than that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pumps and valves. The pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can continuously transport liquids such as acids, bases, and salts of any concentration. The ball valve body casting for fluoroalloy-lined ball valves is produced using precision casting with a shell mold, and the lining is made of fluoroalloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing for long-term operation in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The sealing components also utilize fluoroalloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the experts' assessment that year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, fluoroalloy-lined ball valves can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without requiring maintenance.
The RYB type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has altered the unstable and unreasonable structures of the previous generations, eliminating issues such as leakage that often occurred during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features automatic lubrication of the bearings with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual lubrication. The sealing structure employs international new technology, incorporating the patented PTFE sealing from the United States, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. Operating temperature ≤ 350°C, it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It is a designated supplier for many domestic boiler groups.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with heat-resistant plastic pipes with excellent chemical stability.
