The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are gold award-winning products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contacting parts of the pump and valve are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. They are considered new products in the 1990s internationally. Equipped with the WB Spatula Mechanical Seals produced by the UK's Grantham Group, they effectively prevent the leakage issues commonly encountered in domestic seals. The RYB-type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product in China, which has altered the unstable and irrational structure of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues such as leakage that frequently occurred during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features bearings with automatic lubrication by thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual oil addition. The sealing structure utilizes international new technology, incorporating the US-patented PTFE sealing, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. The operating temperature is ≤350°C, and for over a decade, it has been favored by a wide range of users both domestically and internationally.
