The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are award-winning products developed and manufactured by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contact parts of the pump and valve are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. These are considered new products in the 1990s internationally. The mechanical seals used are from the UK's Grantham Gland, eliminating the leakage issues commonly encountered with domestic seals. Over the years, with usage verified by thousands of users nationwide, their lifespan exceeds ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pump valves. Their excellent performance and quality are recognized by users both domestically and internationally.
This pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can continuously transport liquids of any concentration, including acids, alkalis, and salts. It is widely used in the petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, electroplating, and other industries. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal and new product appraisal by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Machinery Industry in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award and the Jiangsu Provincial New Product Golden Bull Award. It also received the Gold Award at the 1994 China International Trade Fair.
The shell casting of the fluorine alloy lined ball valve is produced using precision casting with a shell mold, and the lining is made of fluorine alloy material. The product features a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, allowing for long-term, stable operation in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The sealing components also utilize fluorine alloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the assessment by experts in the same year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, the fluorine alloy lined ball valve can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without requiring maintenance.
The RYB type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has changed the unstable and unreasonable structure of the previous generations, eliminating issues such as leaks that often occurred during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features automatic lubrication of the bearings with thermal oil, eliminating the need for regular manual oil addition. The sealing structure utilizes international new technology, incorporating the U.S. patented PTFE seal, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. Operating temperature ≤ 350°C, it has been favored by a wide range of domestic and international users for over a decade. It is a designated supplier for many boiler groups in China.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes, lined with chemically stable thermoplastic pipes, and integrated into a single unit using advanced scientific technology. They are a transformative corrosion-resistant pipeline.
