The FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump and Fluorine Alloy Lined Ball Valve are gold medal products developed and produced by the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The direct contacting parts of the pump and valve are made of highly corrosion-resistant fluorine alloy materials, featuring light weight, resistance to acids and alkalis, salt resistance, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. They are recognized as new products in the 1990s internationally. Equipped with the WB Spatula Mechanical Seals produced by the UK's Grainger Group, they effectively prevent leakage issues commonly encountered in domestic seals. Over the years, with thousands of users across the country, it has been proven that its lifespan is more than ten times that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pump valves. Its excellent performance and quality are universally acknowledged by both domestic and international customers.
The pump valve is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C, capable of long-term conveying of liquid mediums with any concentration of acids, alkalis, and salts. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, papermaking, and electroplating. The product passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal by the Jiangsu Province Machinery Industry Department and the provincial new product appraisal in 1993, winning the Jiangsu Province Scientific and Technological Achievement Award and the Gold Bull Award for New Products in Jiangsu Province. It also received the Gold Medal at the 1994 China International Exposition.
The ball valve shell castings for fluorinated alloy lined valves are produced using precision investment casting, with the lining made of fluorinated alloy material. The product boasts a smooth appearance, high strength, and excellent corrosion resistance, capable of long-term, stable operation in strong corrosive media such as acids, bases, and salts. The sealing parts also utilize fluorinated alloy material. The product ensures long-term use within a temperature range of -80 to 200°C. According to the experts' assessment in the same year and years of practical use by a wide range of customers, fluorinated alloy lined ball valves can be continuously used for 2-3 years in any corrosive medium without requiring maintenance.
The RYB type thermal oil pump is the fourth-generation new product domestically, which has altered the unstable and irrational structures of the previous generations of old products, eliminating issues like leaks that often occurred during long-term high-temperature operation. This product features bearings with automatic thermal oil lubrication, eliminating the need for regular manual oil addition. The sealing structure utilizes international new technology, incorporating the U.S. patented PTFE sealing, ensuring zero leakage during long-term high-temperature operation. The service life exceeds 5,000 to 20,000 hours. Operating temperature ≤ 350°C, it has been favored by a wide range of users at home and abroad for over a decade. It has been designated as a matching unit by many boiler groups domestically.
Steel-plastic composite pipes and fittings are based on ordinary carbon steel pipes with a lining of high chemical stability thermoplastic pipes, fused together using advanced scientific technology.
