Product Overview
Section 1: Description of Fluoride Alloy Centrifugal Pump Models
Section 2: Structure of FSXB Type Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump
The pump structure primarily consists of the pump housing, impeller, back cover, bracket, motor, shaft, pressure cover, end cover, and other connecting parts.

2. The pump body suction inlet and connection parts are each made by molding fluorine alloy using an embedded steel flange ring.
3. The impeller is made of fluoroalloy, with the impeller shaft being made of steel, precision-machined and then coated with fluoroalloy. One end is connected to the impeller, while the other end is connected to the shaft via a Morse taper.
4. Sealing components are made of high-wear, corrosion-resistant, and high-strength alloy materials, with stainless steel covers for the sealing components.

Features of Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pumps: Resistant to highly corrosive acids, alkalis, and salt liquids; long service life; non-aging; no toxic decomposition, and more. Ideal for industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, etc. Suitable for long-term conveying of any concentration of acidic, alkaline, and saline liquid media at temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C. The sealing of the Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pump uses the WB2 Silicon Carbide Seal from Grantham Seals Ltd. in the UK.
FSXB Fluorine Alloy Centrifugal Pumps utilize fluorine alloy materials for all direct contact parts, offering a range of advantages including lightweight, resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, non-toxic decomposition, non-aging, and high strength. Over the years, with usage confirmed by over a thousand customers nationwide, it has proven to have a lifespan ten times longer than that of other so-called corrosion-resistant pumps and valves. Its excellent performance and quality are recognized by both domestic and international users.
This pump is suitable for temperatures ranging from -90 to 200°C and can continuously transport liquids of any concentration, including acids, alkalis, and salts. It is widely used in the petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, electroplating, and other industries.
