One: PTFE powder molding processSuitable for operating conditions of -0.07 to 2.5 Mpa, for use within 170℃ under positive pressure conditions and within 130℃ under negative pressure conditions.
Two, Four-fluoride Pressure Equalization Process:Suitable for operating conditions of -0.098~2.5Mpa, use within a temperature of 220℃ under positive pressure conditions, 200℃ under negative pressure conditions, and within the ultimate vacuum conditions. It currently employs the PTFE lining process.
Product quality on par with international PTFE manufacturers; prices are approximately 20% higher than compression molding methods. Corrosion resistance: Can operate in media such as concentrated hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, caustic soda, naphthalene, benzene, toluene, organic solvents, etc., except for molten metals like lithium, sodium, potassium, uranium hexafluoride, and perfluorinated kerosene. Special Note: PTFE resin compression molding process: Processed according to national standard elbow dimensions; non-standard elbows can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Withstanding temperature extremes, low temperatures, negative pressure, vacuum, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, smooth surface, and strong adhesion.
