JD100 Standard Roll Nail Automatic Welding Machine
This strip nailer is an automated welding machine. Iron nails are placed in a vibratory dish, where they are sequentially aligned by the dish and then enter the welding wheel to be welded with two copper-coated wires into strip nails. After automatic oil immersion for rust prevention, drying, and counting by the automatic disk formation machine (both flat-top and tower type), they are automatically cut to the set number of nails per roll. The finished products are then secured by the operator with rubber bands before being packaged into boxes.
This equipment utilizes high-tech products such as a programmable controller from Mitsubishi Japan and a touch screen graphic display from DIGITAL, to automatically detect processes like material shortages, loose fasteners, counting, and cutting in the system, ensuring accurate, reliable operation and stable quality for the entire system.
