Oil-resistant fabric-jacketed rubber hose

Oil-resistant rubberhose with fabric reinforcement is a type of rubber hose with oil resistance properties; it is used in machinery equipment and oil drilling and extraction fields. Generally, an oil-resistant hose must ensure both the inner rubber layer and the outer rubber layer have good oil resistance. Common products include steel wire oil-resistant hose and cotton yarn oil-resistant hose, etc.

Jacketed oil-resistant rubber hoses and hose assemblies are only to be used for conveying the materials for which they are designed; otherwise, they may reduce service life or fail. Properly use the length of the oil-resistant rubber hose, considering the change in length under high pressure (-4% to 2%) and length changes caused by mechanical movement.

Jacketed oil-resistant rubber hoses and hose assemblies should be kept clean, and the interiors should be flushed clean (especially acid delivery hoses, spray hoses, and mortar hoses). Prevent foreign objects from entering the hose腔, obstructing fluid transfer, and damaging equipment.

Characteristics of oil-resistant fabric oil hose:

Dual-performance for withstanding positive and negative pressure, suitable for use in more complex environments; the bursting pressure of the hose is not less than three times the working pressure. High pressure resistance with minimal deformation under pressure, excellent tensile and fatigue resistance to bending; the rubber layer of oil-resistant hoses has good antioxidant and heat resistance. The bursting pressure is generally not less than four times the working pressure; available in two types: plain (without joints) and jointed; all jointed hoses have static-conducting properties.

Application: Suitable for mining, agriculture, forestry, industrial, and civil engineering for attracting or draining neutral liquids at normal temperatures.
