Project Name: Karamay Vaccine Cold Storage

Project Overview: The project involves a construction volume of 35 cubic meters, and the cold storage built for storing vaccines.

1. Warehouse Section: This project is fitted with double-sided color steel panels of 100mm thickness with polyurethane (PU) foam insulation, flame retardant rating B2. The bottom plate features pre-buried wooden blocks and steel plates for support, with a 5mm thick, patterned floor installed inside the cold storage. The cold storage floor is also equipped with a 2mm thick SBS waterproofing layer.

2. Equipment and Refrigeration System: This project installs 2 sets of fully enclosed scroll compressor units, using imported brand compressors with one in use and one as a backup; 2 ceiling-mounted high-efficiency coolers are installed, and 1 Yak cooling dehumidifier (humidity < 75%) is installed inside the cold storage.

3. Electrical System: A set of cold storage temperature control box is installed inside the cold storage. The temperature sensor wires, lighting wiring cables, fan wiring cables, defrosting wiring cables, compressor wiring cables, and compressor control signal lines all use nationally standardized brand products.
