1. Product Overview
Our modular air conditioning units are a type of air handling equipment developed by our company for direct temperature and humidity control of air. They feature innovative design, easy operation, stable operation, safety, reliability, and convenient maintenance. This series of units can meet various air volume requirements. Each standard model can be customized to fit customer needs with different functional sections, including initial efficiency fresh air section, surface condenser water section, heating section, humidification section, secondary return air section, fan section, noise reduction section, medium efficiency filter section, sterilization section, and heat recovery section. Different combinations of these functional sections can achieve various air treatment requirements.
Prior to shipment, the product has undergone pressure tests, vacuum tests, and operational tests. Simply install it, connect the necessary piping, and power it up to start using.
Design, manufacturing, and acceptance are all conducted in accordance with relevant specifications and standards.
This series of products can be custom designed and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements.

2. Product Features
Aesthetically pleasing
The panels are smooth with flat surfaces, the exterior panels are highly corrosion-resistant, and they can withstand UV rays, ensuring a clear and smooth appearance. The unit housing is equipped with a steel frame to ensure the overall strength of the unit, preventing deformation during transportation and use.
Good seal integrity
Special structure and sealed rubber of the unit, air leakage rate < 1%.
Eliminate cold bridges
Utilizing a unique anti-bridge frame, the double-layer panel features a high-pressure flame-retardant polyurethane insulation layer in between.
Advanced and unique, ensuring low-carbon environmental protection, comfortable and healthy.
The electrical control section utilizes PLC program control and a variable-frequency drive unit.

| Electrical and Automatic Control Systems | ||||||||||
| Xinglu modular air conditioning units can be configured with different types of control devices to meet user needs, enabling automatic control functions ranging from simple to complex. The standard configuration includes a switch-type start-up cabinet. ◆Container Launch The functional components of the modular air conditioning unit are controlled in a switch mode. For example: the start and stop of the fan motor, variable speed control of the fan motor, the start and stop of the electric heater, the on/off control of the electric valves in the chilled water, hot water, and steam pipelines, and the opening and closing of the air dampers; simultaneously, the unit is provided with various electrical protections and fault alarms, such as: overheat and overcurrent protection for the motor, protection against filter clogging, high-temperature alarm and control of the unit, etc. Smart Control System In addition to all the functions of the starting cabinet, it can directly monitor various internal parameters of the unit (such as temperature and humidity) and achieve constant temperature and humidity control. It also has stronger compatibility with other special components, allowing for automatic control of components like turntables, inverters, humidifiers, and heaters according to logical requirements. Additionally, it can be connected to the customer's BMS system to integrate the air conditioning system with other related systems, such as responding to fire alarms based on instructions from the customer's BMS system. | ||||||||||
| Safety Precautions | ||||||||||
| Upon arrival, if immediate unpacking and installation are not done, the product should be stored in a clean, well-ventilated indoor area. ◆The installation foundation should be elevated 100 ~ 200mm above the base level, with drainage ditches and ground drains set around the foundation. Ensure the foundation surface is level, with no more than a 0.7-degree slope along the length after the unit is installed, and no more than a 0.5-degree slope along the width. Adequate maintenance and operation space should be left around the unit. ◆The condensate drain pipe of the unit should be connected according to the diagram, ensuring that the water trap has sufficient height to facilitate the smooth drainage of condensate. | ||||||||||
