PVC granulator operation instructions:

The sequence of stopping production is the reverse of the sequence for starting production.

First, shut down the main host driver, then sequentially turn off the auxiliary power, followed by quickly cleaning the mold head to prevent clogging due to cooling.

3. Start the extrusion main unit and gradually adjust the frequency conversion speed of the main unit and granulator according to the particle size requirements. Only when both are coordinated can the cut particles be more uniform and maximize the yield of particles.

4. Adjust the pelletizer during normal granulation to fine-tune the particle size through variable frequency speed control. The screw must keep the pelletizer rotating continuously before discharging, and for water-cooled spray granulation, the pelletizer cover must be flushed with water first, followed by starting the main unit for formal production.

5. Clean the hopper and other units, inspect the oil levels and lubrication status of various gears, engine oils, and high-temperature butters. Gear oil in new machines should be changed every six months, and lubricant should be added to moving parts weekly.
