This machine is designed for the riveting processing of wire materials, utilizing pressure riveting to connect wires, replacing the traditional soldering method. It eliminates the drawbacks of cold soldering, open solder joints, and air pollution. It is easy to pass various complete specifications tests (UL, JST) due to its user-friendly design and simple operation.

Utilizing special continuous copper strip terminals, the material is cut, shaped, and stamped in one seamless process, ensuring quick production with no waste, thus saving costs.

Copper strip terminals are treated with a special pattern, offering exceptional tensile strength after riveting and consistent quality.

Equipped with straight/bent mold holders for connecting different products.

Application Scope:

Neon lamps connected to resistors, sliding switches connected to wires, connections to high-temperature heating elements, and connections to thermal-sensitive components (such as reed switches, thermostatic fuses)
