3A-AC™ F/E/Y Series Brush-Type Self-Cleaning Filter

• Operating Principle

● As the water to be filtered enters the filter housing through the inlet, impurities are trapped inside the filter core. After filtration, the clean water exits through the outlet. With the increase in filtration time, impurities accumulate more inside the filter core. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set value (adjustable), the filter begins automatic cleaning.
The entire cleaning process consists of two steps: 1) Open the automatic drain valve on the filter; 2) The motor drives the cleaning brush inside the filter core, performing an axial cleaning of the core, with impurities being brushed off and flushed out through the filter's drain port.
The entire cleaning process is continuously flowing, with the entire operation of the fully automatic brush-type self-cleaning filter controlled by a randomly equipped intelligent control box. Control methods include differential pressure, time, manual, and PLC control.

● Non-stop filtration: Open the drain valve during cleaning, with a drain water volume of 5% of the filtered water volume. Cleaning time is 15-60 seconds, with the inlet flowing normally without interruption.
Wide filtration accuracy: Normally select between 100um to 2000um, thoroughly cleaned.
● Large Effective Filtration Area: Standard filter mesh has an effective filtration area 8 times greater than the inlet area, with low pressure drop.
