Bag filter housing materials can be selected from high-quality stainless steel SS304 (06Cr19Ni10), SS316L (022Cr17Ni12Mo2), carbon steel (16MnR), or Hastelloy C276. The filter design, manufacturing, and acceptance can be referenced from the GB150 standards for steel pressure vessels. The quick switch structure is simple, user-friendly, and safe, reducing downtime to a minimum, boosting productivity, and lowering operational costs.
Three-point clamps ensure a secure seal between the filter and the filter bag; the included tools make the operation simple and straightforward.
The spring-assisted weight-balancing mechanism makes the top cover feel weightless, easily opening or lowering with a gentle push or pull.
High-quality O-ring sealing ensures easy and reliable operation.
The side-in, bottom-out design ensures complete liquid discharge, with a choice of tangential outlet positions.
Standard mode is 2~24 bags (Bag 1 and Bag 2), with a total of 40 bags produced.
