Working Principle
The "Fully Automatic Bladder-type Pressure Water Supply Equipment" is composed of three parts: the bladder pressure tank, the water pump unit, and the controller. When the pressure tank is low on water and the pressure is low, the controller activates the pump to fill the pressure tank, causing the water level to rise and compressing the air inside, which increases the pressure. Once the water level rises to the set pressure, the controller shuts off the pump. When the user demands water, the purified water in the tank is supplied to the user under the action of compressed air. As the water level in the tank decreases, the pressure drops. When the pressure falls to the low set point, the controller starts the pump to supply water to both the tank and the user, thereby repeatedly pressurizing water automatically to the user. The water pump can be any type and can be either centrally or individually installed, facilitating a flexible and adaptable modular structure.
Product Features
1. Automatic detection and on-demand refilling ensure the user's water supply, maintaining the pressure tank in an energy storage state.
2. Particularly suitable for modular structural design, making on-site equipment installation easy and flexible.
3. The bladder in the water pressure tank isolates water from air and prevents contact with the metal tank wall, ensuring the sanitation of drinking water. It avoids the mixture of air and water, reduces rusting on the internal water supply pipes and equipment, and extends the lifespan of the equipment.
4. The airbag can be inflated once for long-term use, eliminating the need for additional inflation equipment.
5. Reduces water flow noise, pipe resistance, and water hammer effects, preventing the water meter from running empty due to air and water flow together.
Water Supply Height
The water supply height of the fully automatic bag-type air pressure water supply equipment is proportional to the pressure inside the pressure tank. Every 0.1MPa of pressure inside the tank can raise the water level in the water supply network by 10 meters. When the tank pressure reaches 0.6MPa, the water supply height can reach 60 meters. The water supply height can be set arbitrarily, but it cannot exceed the pump's head. Details can be found in the selection specifications.
Usage
Suitable for small-scale automatic water supply projects in rural and urban households, hospitals, factories, mines, and other institutions. It is an automatic water supply equipment replacing water towers and elevated water tanks, featuring strong pressure boosting capacity, low investment, easy installation, long service life, and automatic control.
Installation and Commissioning
1. Determine the positions of the water tank, bladder pressure vessel, pump unit, and controller based on the drawings, and prepare the corresponding foundations (note that the weight of the water-filled tank and bladder pressure vessel must be considered).
2. Pipe installation must be completed strictly according to the drawings, and valves must be selected that meet the equipment requirements (National Drainage and Sewer Installation Standards). When the tank is too tall, the bottom feet of the tank should be secured to the ground stakes. For large and medium-sized tanks, the water in and out pipes and valve connections should use flanges, in the order as shown in the diagram. Pressure gauges and safety valves must be inspected by relevant departments before installation.
3. The controller can be directly mounted on the tank support or fixed to the wall. The connection between the controller and the electric contact pressure gauge can be made with a standard 0.5mm copper-core wire, with a length generally not exceeding 50 meters. The connection between the controller and the pump should be selected based on the pump's power rating.
4. After system debugging and installation are completed, power on and run. Due to the initial water pressure being zero, the pump should immediately start pumping water into the tank. When the tank pressure reaches the upper limit, the pump should stop. When the tank water pressure drops to the lower limit, the pump should automatically start to replenish water. Thus, the overall installation and debugging are completed, and the equipment enters an automatic running state.

Cautionary Notes and Routine Maintenance
The complete set of equipment must be properly prepared for anti-freezing.
2. Check if the controller and electrical contact pressure gauge are functioning properly.
3. Regularly inspect safety valves and pressure gauges.
4. Pay attention to the pump's operation, monitor the engine's sounds and vibrations. Excessive vibration or unusual noises often indicate a fault in the pump, necessitating immediate shutdown and inspection to eliminate potential hazards. Check for any floating debris at the inlet, and ensure that all fastening points are tight and that the pipe joints are airtight and leak-free.
5. Generally, no air supplement is required for the equipment. However, if the pump starts frequently, air supplement should be considered.
