Description of Medication Device Process Structure

Three models of dosing units, all consisting of three main parts: 1. Blender 2. Solution tank 3. Metering device and dosing setup.

1. Blender: Comprises a mixing trough and mixing device. Its function is to mix the required solute and water (solvent) in a specific ratio, ensuring thorough blending.

2. Solution Tank: Used for storing pre-mixed medication solution, for standby dosing.

3. Measurement Devices and Feed Methods: The JY series includes two types: (1) Feed by means of a metering pump. (2) Feed by means of a water jet, with a rotameter for measurement. If feed is before the pump, a water jet is not necessary; however, the water jet requires a pressure of over 2 kg/cm2.
