Introduction to Mobile Integrated Wastewater Treatment Plant

As China rapidly develops, most rural areas are urbanizing, and small and medium-sized enterprises are flourishing as well. Along with this growth comes the issue of wastewater treatment. It's not uncommon now to see news reports about rivers being severely polluted. Such stories have become all too familiar. This highlights the necessity of water treatment in our daily lives. In large residential communities and industrial sites, integrated wastewater treatment systems can be employed to improve water quality.

The BH-JZ model integrated waste water treatment equipment, produced by Bohui Environmental Protection Technology, combines hollow fiber membrane biological reactor (MBR) technology with membrane separation, biological treatment, and intelligent control techniques. After optimization and integration, the entire system is installed within a container, offering quick installation, easy mobility, excellent treatment performance, minimal land occupation, and simple operation and maintenance. The effluent meets the standards of "Urban Miscellaneous Water Quality" GB/T18920-2002 and "Landscape Environmental Water Quality" GB/T18921-2002, which corresponds to the national high "Urban Waste Water Treatment Plant Emission Standard" GB/T 18920-2002, Level B (or Level A), and can be directly discharged or reused.

V. Equipment Process Flow

Section 6: Process Introduction of BH-JZ Series Integrated Wastewater Treatment Equipment

1) Regulating Pond (Customer-built)

Collect and store wastewater, adjusting the water volume and quality.

2) Lift Pumps

Set lifting pumps within the regulating pond to automatically elevate wastewater into the BH-JZ integrated wastewater treatment unit.

3) Grating

Wastewaters often contain a large amount of debris. To ensure the normal operation of the system, it is necessary to intercept various fibers, sludge, waste paper, and other debris outside the system. Therefore, a grate is set in front of the system, and the debris is cleaned out regularly.

4) Oxygen Depletion Pond

The function is to decompose large molecular substances into small, easily decomposable ones, enhancing the B/C ratio of wastewater. Additionally, denitrification can be employed to achieve nitrogen removal. This section is determined based on the quality of the original water and the emission standards.

5) MBR Reactor Tank

Utilizing unique-structured immersed flat plate or hollow fiber membrane bioreactor (MBR) components, set within the aeration tank, water treated through aerobic aeration and biological processing is filtered through a membrane (pore size 0.1um) and then pumped out for direct discharge or reuse. As the effluent is unaffected by sludge settling conditions, it allows for operation under high volume load and long sludge age within the tank, significantly enhancing the biological oxidation process conditions and increasing the efficiency of organic matter degradation. This also eliminates the need for a secondary sedimentation tank, resulting in excellent and stable effluent quality.

6) Disinfection

Based on the requirements for effluent, the system is designed with a disinfection unit, typically using a clean and simple ultraviolet sterilization method, or an option for adding disinfectant.

7) Matching machinery and electrical equipment room:

Suction pumps, fans, electrical control cabinets, etc., are installed in the equipment room. The entire system operates automatically under PLC control and protects the equipment. All power equipment is equipped with backup, enabling automatic switching in case of failure, ensuring continuous operation of the equipment.
