Center-drive sludge scraper

Introduction

The central drive sludge scraper is powered by a driving mechanism mounted on a central support, which moves the scraper and sludge collection device in a circular motion along the pool diameter. Sludge at the bottom of the pool is drawn into the collection槽 through the collection device and then drained into the central sludge discharge pipe. The clarified liquid flows into the collecting trough through overflow weir plates around the pool perimeter and is discharged through the outlet pipe. This machine is suitable for radial flow sedimentation tanks with medium to large diameters. The central drive sludge scraper is driven by a worm gear reducer motor mounted on the central inlet column pipe, powered by the internal meshing gears of the central swivel bearing, which rotates the frame steel structure, sludge collection pipe arm, sludge collection trough, sludge collection pipeline, skimming device, and other components. The sludge collection system uses multiple evenly spaced parallel sludge collection vertical pipes to guide settled sludge through the scraper plate to the intake of the sludge collection pipe, where it is drained out of the pool by the static water pressure.

The Sludge Sucker is mainly composed of components such as bridge frame, reducer motor plate, suction pipe, central mud collection trough, skimming device, steel water outlet trough, weir plate, center pivot bearing, flow stabilizing tube, steel frame structure, arm, mud collection scraper local control box, etc. It can also use steel inlet column pipe and stainless steel drive unit with worm gear reducer motor, incorporating a spring-loaded over-torque protection mechanism. The drive motor is of Y-type, powered by 3P, 380V, 50HZ, with IP55 protection level and F-grade insulation. During operation, each suction pipe operates independently. The mud concentration can be controlled locally through the flow control valve located in the central mud collection trough. The control box is outdoor type, with a stainless steel housing, double-door sealing, and manual or remote control.

The central drive scraper-suction mud removal machine is suitable for sludge and scum removal from radial flow primary and secondary sedimentation tanks. The central drive scraper is of the central pier type with a fixed platform pier, powered by a worm gear reducer motor mounted on the central inlet column pipe. It drives the rotation of the frame steel structure, mud suction pipe arm, collection trough, mud suction pipeline, skimming device, etc., through the internal meshing gears of the central rotating bearing. The diameter typically ranges from 8 to 20 meters. The lower part of small units uses an integral helical scraper, while medium to large units use multi-plate inclined scrapers. It is equipped with an upper skimming float removal device and central water distribution and sludge discharge. The flat suction nozzle is self-priming for mud suction; the tank can be flat-bottomed or inclined-bottomed.
