Gypsum-based non-expanding steel structure fire-retardant coating

This fire-retardant coating is primarily based on gypsum, utilizing a powder mix of inorganic lightweight insulating materials and fibers. Compared to cement-based fire-retardant coatings, gypsum-based coatings are environmentally friendly, with low-carbon, energy-saving raw materials. They are lightweight, have low density, and offer some decorative effects, with an aesthetically pleasing finish that is non-bulging and crack-free. Additionally, they have strong adhesion, good deformation resistance, and excellent fire resistance. They provide up to 4 hours of fire protection against fiber and hydrocarbon fires. The finished product is less prone to cracking and peeling, breaking through the bottleneck of layered and directional cement-based construction. The product can achieve one-coat construction without the need for nails or mesh. Suitable for indoor steel structures, corrugated steel plates, and precast concrete components.
