Work Process
Rapidly heat the finely powdered material after removing moisture through preheating.100-180°C, after quantitative measurement, the modifier heated to the set temperature is atomized into the modification chamber using high-pressure air through special nozzles. It is fully contacted with the atomized powder particles. Subsequently, these particles collide with each other within the modification chamber, ensuring each particle is fully coated. Due to agglomeration between particles during the coating process, the coated particles are then struck by an impact hammer as they pass through the exit, ensuring the agglomerates are thoroughly dispersed. The modified micro-powder then enters a rapid cooling system, causing the modifier to quickly solidify, preventing re-agglomeration of the particles and affecting the modification effect.
