The explosion-proof vacuum oven's outer shell is constructed with cold-rolled steel plate焊接 and riveting, and is treated for rust prevention. After rust prevention, a light-colored coating is applied for durability and aesthetics. The sandwich layer is reinforced with ultra-fine glass wool for excellent heat resistance. The heating tubes are placed on both sides and the bottom of the cabinet for even heating. The control panel is located on one side of the cabinet, featuring a temperature controller, vacuum gauge, and intrinsically safe power switch. The solenoid valve is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, and all pressure pipeline valves and accessories are made of stainless steel.

The vacuum gauge employs a stainless steel electrical contact pressure gauge, with its upper and lower limit control contacts controlled by intrinsic safety solid-state relays, ensuring no sparks are produced and providing sensitive and accurate pressure control.
